The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order, ordering by phone, or submitting a purchase order, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please check back periodically.

 

Compliance with Return Policies

You agree to comply with and be bound by the return policies as it pertains to returns of products purchased through this Site. Our current return policy (located in the Return Policy section of this Site and on this page) is incorporated herein by reference and made part of these Terms and Conditions.

 

RETURNS, REPLACEMENT, CANCELLATION & WARRANTY INFORMATION

 

By purchasing products, you agree to THIS policy

  

Returning Shipments FOR WARRANTY:   No returns or exchanges FOR WARRANTY will be accepted without an RMA NUMBER and original sales receipt. Any merchandise returned without an RMA NUMBER will be refused and sent back to you at your expense. TO REQUEST AN RMA, call (866)-599-7729 Monday thru friday 8am to 5 pm Est. please have A COPY OF your sales receipt number.  ALL PACKAGES Returned  MUST BE SENT VIA UPS ONLY.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. There are no refunds or exchanges. Products may be returned ONLY for repair or replacement, within 45 days FROM WHEN YOUR RECEIVE THEM.

  

ups & USPS shipping

We ship VIA UPS or USPS at our discretion. FOR THE MAJORITY OF ALL OF OUR PACKAGES, we ship ups ground. We usually SEND VIA USPS if the shipping address is a P.O. Box or apo/afo. If you would like a faster shipping method, you will have to pay for the difference between the shipping methods as detailed on the website. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

 Once your order is shipped and has left our facility, it is up to the carrier to deliver your package to you on time. This policy applies to all shipping options and carriers. if you are having an issue with a shipment, it must be taken up with the carrier of your package.

 

LOST, stolen, or DAMAGED SHIPMENTS


Lost or stolen domestic shipments must be reported within 14 days from the day your package was shipped.

lost or stolen international orders must be reported within 30 days from the day that your package was shipped . For faster processing of lost or stolen shipments, the customer has the option to do a cross-shipment on the lost, stolen, or damaged order. If your item was damaged due to shipping please contact UPS at 1-800-pick-ups.

 If you do not receive your package on the scheduled date as stated on your tracking report then you can contact the company immediately at customerservice@diysecuritysurveillance.com.  We will assign a tracker on the package immediately and update you on your delivery status.

 

In the absence of an adult person to receive and sign for your package, the delivery person may leave your package at door unattended and DIY Surveillance Pro takes no responsibility of such a practice. You are advised to ensure the presence of an adult at the address provided by to sign and receive the package to avoid any complications further or otherwise state your desire to note have the packae left unattended.  Without prior notice,  DIY Surveillance Pro holds themselves harmless from loss or damage to package. 

 

International Shipping:

 As custom policies are different in different countries, the international shipping are liable for subsequent delays. Additional custom fees, duties, and taxes are applied to your orders accordingly. In fact, the original charges from DIY Surveillance Pro encompass the cost of only merchandise and shipping. DIY Surveillance Pro handles no additional charges and nor can the company tell you exactly the amount that will be added to the existing amount. More importantly, the product manuals will most likely not be in the native languages of the customers.

A converter is required for electrical necessities of products which may not be in the same standard from the country of destination. In any event, DIY Surveillance Pro provides no converter.

  

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

 

Orders placed cannot be cancelled once it has been Shipped. cancellation of any order that has not yet been shipped is subjected to a 15% cancellation fee.

 

Refusal of service or sale

We reserve the right to refuse sale or service to anyone and for any reason.
